I signed up last Saturday and the $10 showed up on my account on Monday.

if you are the one activated, PM will give the $10 credit to your My Account wtihin 72 hours. It will show up within 72 hours upon activatin.
if over 72 hours already, please submit a ticket with CS agent:

But if you are the one giving the code to your friend, you will see $1 or 1 extra point on your renewal
