Need assistance with getting discounts applied to bill. Registered and got charged full amount (promo/referral didn’t seem to apply).
No physical support line? Chat bot give a run around.

PM is an online service so you can only dm a CS_Agent. Also there are no promo code. You can only enter the referral code in step 6.

this is normal that you got charged full price first. The $10 credit will be added to your account within 72 hours. So, wait 72 hours first and if you don't see it still, ask support agent to check

@Hassanain , referrals given result in earning 1 point which will show up in the rewards tab at each renewal day. You have to manually convert points to account funds in increments of 15 points = $15 account funds.
