Worst company to deal with. Won't let me into my account to close it. Keeps just asking me to pick a plan.

if you are already using PM services and got the "Pick a plan" error when you login, it just mean problem with login account. You just need a PM support agent to sort it out for you. Please message them here

@Jessie24 If you can’t log in to disable auto pay ( auto subscribe ) you can send direct message to support and ask them to remove the credit card info on file right away . And you won’t be charged again
