Hi everyone,
I used a friend’s referral code to sign up and didn’t receive my one time $10 credit that was advertised. Anyone know why that might be and/or how to claim it?

It takes 3 days to show up. Just in case, check with your friend if he sees last 4 digits of your phone on his account to confirm you entered referral code correctly.

HI @Proud2bcdn If could take up to 72 hours for them to deposit the money into your My Account. You will see it as Available fund there
If it has been over 72 hours, please open ticket with CS agent:
To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Start by Typing: My rewards are missing,
Select "Public Points"
click on "Refer A friend",
then click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
finally click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@Proud2bcdn hi it takes up to 72 hours to show up in your rewards if it has been longer
you need a customer service agent to inquire why

It will take 72 hours for the credit to show up in your account.
If it takes longer, I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent to have it adjusted.
