My brother says he has a referral code for me to use, but when and if I get it, where do I enter it?

hi @Clapodie you enter that when you activate. At the payment step, there is a place for promo and friend referral, that is where you enter it
if you already activated, and not long, you can have agent to add it back for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

when you activate your new PM account, you'll be given opportuniy to enter his code.

Should be on step 6 just before the payment information.If you miss it or not able to enter it just use the orange circle at the bottom to have it submitted for you
