PM is an online service so everything is done through Chatbot or DM a CS_Agent.
Just click on The Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket.
But an answer would be quicker if it is posted on this Community forum.

only for porting issue.
All other issues, you have to open submit with PM support agent
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
