Referral ID not incuded in link for new subscription

I was provided a referral link that I used to setup my new subscription. However, the link did not include the referral ID and thus the person referring did not get a credit. How can this be resolved? I have screenshots of the initial link without the ID, and the link generated now that has the referral ID .

Incomplete link that was used for my subscription:

You will need to contact customer service agent. FYI, the CSA may ask you for some details on the person who referred you.  Ie. Name or phone number. 

P.S. I will remove the referral code (against forum rules).

It is against PM rules to post your referral code so click on the V in circle and edit out.

The person using the referral code will receive the $10 credit in 72 hours and the person who gave the referral code will get 1 point/month on the next renewal date.

If they didn’t enter the referral code during activation then they need to contact a CS_Agent.

remove the link and the code as you are not supposed to post the referral code here.  They might not help if you leave the link here

you can activate it first and ask PM to add it back 

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
