My services all of a sudden was but on hold. Says to renew subscription ans pay however when I try to confirm payment it says it cant be processed at this time. I have an automatic renewal yet it hasn't worked for this month... I need help

Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a manual payment to store service then login to your account and enable Subscribe button for future payments.

Unfortunately, autopay sometimes fails.  

The website can be finicky. You could also try to clear cache or a different web browser.  Or try the PM app itself. If you try multiple times, sometimes the system locks out that credit card for 24 hours.  

You could also try dialing 611 on your phone and load up funds that way.

@Bee2813 did you login and try to pay there?

Try again using browser with Incognito mode 

if fails, you will need to pay by voucher to resume the service first.  But the voucher from Shoppers drug mart and load the voucher using My Account or *611
