Hi , my referral code is not showing. I have tried a ton of browsers. I have tried to copy the link to see if it includes it, but even the link is empty (https://publicmobile.ca/en/qc/plans?referral=)
How can this be fixed? Thank you.

TYSM for the link. I've just submitted a ticket. It was very difficult doing this with the chat it as well so it's possible I'm experiencing some glitch.

Not sure if I'm not communicating well but I keep saying it is not visible. The code itself is not visible whether I copy the link or not.

@dnham1 if you really cannot find it, ask PM to help (and your friend can subscribe first without the code , then ask PM to help to add it back after you got it sorted out)
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

There have been site issues in the last 48 hours for some, including myself. Yesterday, my referral code was not showing either along with my account balance. Also, my usage wasn't showing.
Today, everything is showing up normally. I didn't have to clear the cache, go into incognito mode or nothing. It just resolved itself. I did however, reboot my computer this morning after I woke up. Maybe that could have resolved it. Either way, it's back to normal for me.

Dont use the link. Login My Account, go to Referral page and copy the 6 characters code and give it to your friend. When your friend subscribe, he will enter in the Payment step

As Ive said I did this and it shows up blank. It is not visible.

Go to My Referrals, scroll down and you will see:

below 'Copy...' is your referral code

using the mobile app; log in to your account > tap the Account tab at bottom of screen....you'll see your referral code.
added..for your laptop...try shutting it down and start again. Clear cache and use incognito.
