I referred my mom last week..I recieved the $1 off my bill.  but she didnt recieve the $10 off her bill..

Did she receive a text from PM? If yes, she can the find $10 credit on her account and the credit will be applied on the next billing cycle. If no, she has to contact a moderator to explain her situation with the code that she entered.

The credit for someone who got referred should never take 30 days. As above, the credit should be applied within 72 hours.

Your mom should receive the $10 in her available funds within 72 hours.  It will be used for her next renewal date.  Check her account to see whether you see the $10 in her account.
