I'm wondering the same thing. I use my refer-a-friend code when I activated my other account. If I remember correctly, normally I would get a text message from Public Mobile letting me know someone used my referal link- this time I didnt? Is this an indicator that the refer-a-friend code did not process? I know it can take up to 72 hours and it was only activated today so let's see I guess?

so you'll be enrolled automatically in the Points Program rather than Rewards. In a few days, your PM account will show a one-time $10 credit.
Here's some quick reading about the Points program...

Are you the existing customer referring someone? Or are you a new customer and you used a referral code? If new then how long ago? It could up to 3 days to get the $10 credit for the new customer.

if over 72 hours and don't see the $10, please submit a ticket to CS agent :

if you're a new PM'er...you likely have Points rather than Rewards.

@Dogro ask CSA to add it for you, provide them the referral code in a ticket to them.
The 2 ways to contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team are below:
1 - Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], OR
2 – Slower - Use this link to: Contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here: Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
EDIT, oh, I was presuming you were newly activated and you used someone's referral code to activate to receive $10 off your 2nd months plan. Is this your case?
If not, and you meant you provided your own referral code to someone else that activated, then they are the ones that should submit the ticket to CSA.
