I added the code during activation but don't see the $10 discount on my account. When is this applied?

It will take few days for your bonus to appear.
Ask your friend to check his account; he should be able to see last 4 digits of your phone if you entered referral code properly.

@Salad has it been 72 hours yet? PM will put the $10 credit within 72 hours.
If you waited 72 hiurs and still not see the credit, then open ticket with PM support:

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

not see it after 3 day open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it
