My minutes have run out for account from AUg 2021-Sept 14 2022. I have automatic pay set up . Will my account renew automatically when payment is received Sept 14.2022 ?

you can open ticket with PM support and ask them to early renewal,
At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@Joannepaterson2 Yes, the data and minutes will reset automatically after renewal, after Sept 14 in your case as you already setup Pre-Authorized payments
But if you need minute now, then you will have to buy extra minute add-on. Maybe the $5 for 500 Canada Wide minutes. But if you have the Christmas bonus Long distance minutes, then you already have an add-on that you can use to call Canada. That add-ons covers the calling within Canada and will be used automatically
