Hello, I need help with the refer a-friend feature.
I recently referred a friend with my code but I did not see any email confirmation nor my account saying about my referral points.
How long does it take to confirm my referral in my account and theirs?

You'll see that you got +1.00 point from refer-a-friend after your renewal date. You should've gotten a SMS saying that you got a referral. If your friend subscribed before your renewal date, and you didn't receive the points after a few days, contact support.

@Sam_Cuevas1 Your friend should see it in-there account with in72 hours of activation . And you should recieve a cha ching text saying so . If it’s been over 3 days have your friend submit ticket with support to ensure it was applied correctly

should be fairly quick. Look in the Rewards section of your account to see if new referral is noted.
