Refer-a-Friend credit not showing

Hi,

I shared my link with a friend and received a text from Public saying I just added to my Refer A Friend Reward. That was one week ago. The credit has not appeared on my Rewards page. Any advice?

Since you got the text confirming your renewal has gone through. It should take a week to show up in your account.

I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent by pm to follow up at:

@amypublic  did you Mr friend get the one time $10 credit ?? But have your friend  confirm with support it was applied correctly . But you should see it the day before your renewal
