Hello,
I've noticed when I'm in the dashboard for my account there is an image that says click the button below to redeem vouchers but I don't see any button there. I am aware that I can phone 611 to do this but I would prefer to use the website.
Anybody else notice the same problem or am I not looking at the right page?

Interesting. I was able to get to the voucher entry box on duckduckgo. Oh well. You're working now.

Hi,
If you already in My account dashboard, select Rewards then Go to rewards portal. Once you're there click on Browse Catalogue then pick what you want under: All Items.

Ok yes it is because of duck duck go. Just tried with chrome and the button is there.

HI@Ckom91 look like browser issue to me
Try a different browser, or try to call *611 to load the voucher

I will try that. Leads me to think the problem stems from my using duck duck go browser. Will do some troubleshooting.

@Ckom91 Have you tried your browser in incognito/in private browsing mode to see if that makes a difference?
