Red dot flag

Hi, my iPhone shows a voicemail notification (red dot) even though I have no missed calls or voicemails. I already tried ##004#.
Could you please reset the voicemail notification flag on my line?

@HyeyeonKim - For your issue, did you try phoning voicemail (either by dialing your phone number, pressing and holding 1 on the keypad, or by calling one of these numbers here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Updated-list-of-Voicemail-Access-Numbers/... ?)

Also try restarting your phone, it may help

If that didn't work, please try to reset network settings in Settings -> General -> Transfer or reset iPhone -> Reset Network Settings

Please note this will delete ALL of your saved Wi-Fi networks and bluetooth connections (such as your car speakers)

@HyeyeonKim

not something that PM can actually clear. I suggest you reboot your cell. If that fails, do a network rest to see if it clears. I've had that happen to me and it'll eventually clear itself.
