I use public mobile as a backup device and forgot to change credit card details. missed payment, plan expired and trying to get it back including my old phone number
i could not use the old sim as it was deactivated so ordered a new plan with esim at recommendation of pm support
i new have it set up with a new number but want to change the number back my old one
how do I do this?

Sorry, your old number will be returned to the carrier you originally got it from.
They will put it on pause for 90 days and it will be open for anyone that wants it with them.

@Jarra_neil it sounds like your account was inactive for more than 90 days, is this correct? if it was under 90 days you should contact a support agent to see if they can reactivate it.

@Jarra_neil If the account has been suspended more then 90 days the accounts closed . In that case you would need to create a new account with new PM sim and new email
