If you haven’t kept up with payment for 90 days or more. Your account will be closed and SIM is dead.
You will need to buy another PM SIM and pick a new number when you activate the new SIM.

Do you mean to re-establish service?
If 'your' number now belongs to somebody else that means your PM has been closed after 90 days of no payment and number assigned to somebody else.
Please clarify if that is the case...

How long since it was last working ? If longer than 90 days...that sim is done.
Otherwise, you can get payment vouchers at Shell Gas and dial 611 to add them to your phone.
