Recently registered, entered my email incorrectly and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.

When I registered for my public mobile account, I accidently got a typo in my email: xxxxxxxx instead of xxxxxxxxx. When I go to Edit Account info, it will let me update my name, address, alternate phone number... but won't let me update my email. I tried using the chat bot, but it just sent me on an endless loop of options, none of which were relevant. How do I update my email if it's incorrect?

The e-mail address was actually still there in a link that wasn't removed. I have went ahead and done that.

@lindsaylanglois   You're on an open public forum so not a good idea to post any personal info in this forum.  Click the down arrow top right of your post and edit/delete your email from the post.

 

edit:  nvd, looks like one of the CSA's already did it for you.

Hello @lindsaylanglois I'd suggest contacting @CS_Agent and telling them what happened.

I'm sure they could help you correct that.
