I recently signed up with Public Mobile and was able to port my number of successfully. Afterwards, my RCS messaging stopped working. I was able to delete my Google Message data on my phone and that allowed my SIM card to update to "Status: Connected".
I can now get some messages via RCS, but almost all messages are coming in as SMS and any messages with images will not send or recieve. If someone sends me an image, i see the loading/download icon spinning but eventually (i believe it is after 24 hours) my phone will show a dialog that the message could not be downloaded.
I am using a OnePlus 11 5G. Any assistance would be appreciated.

@AngryGerbil Have you checked your APN settings here? Note SP.MB.COM needs to be in all caps for OnePlus phones.

@AngryGerbil , if your messaging app shows that RCS is enabled that is about all you can do. Google will check whether your contacts also have RCS enabled and if so, the app should revert to RCS as the default protocol for text messages. This should all be automatic and carrier independent. Public Mobile has no role in this, so nothing they can do.
