I've misplaced my self-serve login credentials and clicked the "forgot my password" link. Upon entering and confirming my email address, I am receiving an error message along the lines of "forgotpassword/invalid please contact admin". I am now locked out for another hour 😶

Are you trying to activate a new service?
You can try to reach the moderators if you're unable to get in after an hour.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
