I'm not sure why, but I just started with public mobile and I don't receive any phone calls. I can call out but nobody can call me.

Number ports do not usually take 5 to 6 hours to complete. Wireless to wirelesss number port ins to Public Mobile are often complete in about 30 minutes and are usually completed roughly within 2 hours.

hi @Runt70 first try Reboot phone and click Reset Network Settings
if still fails, can you confirm is this is a new line and you requested porting? if it is, it is an incomplete port.

did you reply YES to the confirmation text with in 90 mins of receiving the text ?
