Hi,
I ordered my SIM card a week ago and still have not received it. On my order it says it has been fulfilled but I have not received it yet. What should I be doing?

I would attempt to get one at a local merchant who may sell Public Mobile SIM cards. Walmart or London Drugs will supply one and do the activation for you in-store - just make sure to have your referral code to supply them if you do it in-store. (to save $10 on your 2nd month!!!)
Check out this store locator for one (hopefully) near you:

Then, when the one from Public Mobile arrives, keep it as a spare. You never know when it might come in handy if yours becomes lost/stolen/damaged or otherwise unusable.

@akbarmaria normally these SIM shipments are sent regular letter post. So you are at the mercy of your national and local mail service.
Not likely that there is a tracking available to check the status...but you can check to make sure.
Enter your order number here: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home

Consider my suggestion in this link and save the sim card when it finally arrives as a spare or use it to refer a friend.

It can take up to three weeks for delivery.
Here is a previous thread.

If you need a sim asap then you may consider purchasing one from a local retailer.

Due to Covid restrictions, shipping times have increase the last several months. Expect 2-3 week wait for SIM card shipments from Public mobile. If more than 3 weeks, contact moderator for help.
