I received my phone order today but did not receive a sim card with it.

yes, all new CPO phone should come with a sim card
But if you are current PM subscriber and have an active account, active sim card, you can simply pop out the sim card from your old phone and insert it into the new phone. If it the sim is too big, there is likely a frame around for you to remove to make it smaller and will fit in the new phone
But yes, still open ticket with PM support and ask them to send you back one, you can keep it just in case you need a replacement in the future or give it to a friend for activation
Please open ticket with PM support for the missing sim card
