Received message saying I used 75% of my data. I have 10 GB per billing. I’ve used less than six. Why did I get this message?

Unfortunately, sometimes incorrect messages are sent out by Public Mobile.
If you know that you haven't used the amount indicated, then just ignore the message.
You could double check that you haven't added a data limiter in your phone's settings.
