I can't get into my Public Mobile account

Hi ,

I have forgotten my password for my public mobile account of this account.

I ask for a code to be sent this this email so I can reset the password and I do not get the code. And check my spam folder and not it is not going there either.

Why is it not coming to my email. Please fix it so it does.
