Thank you! I had mistakenly thought I was sending this to the private PM Support. Anyways, the Support Tech told me to remove my physical SIM card. I did so, and all good now.

Please also go to your image gallery https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/media/gallerypage/user-id/295646/tab/all and remove them from there as well

As @hTideGnow indicated, remove your screenshot by clicking on the V in circle top right.

you might want to give us more info. So, your service was suspended and you just make a payment?
reboot the phone again
also, login My Account using Inocgnito/Private/Secret mode on the browser and check if your account is active
and check the sim card in another phone
