95% of data used

I received a message saying I have used 95% of my data.  I do not know why as my usage have not changed from previous months.  Can you please let me know why I am getting this text? 

I am also receiving very low (2 bars) signal all the time.  Has there been a change in the coverage?

I have the same issue. I have actually used 10GB but received a text saying I’ve used 75% of my 50GB. I Then received another two days later saying I’ve used 100%. The Public mobile app says I’ve used 45.7 of my 50GB. My cell data has now been disconnected. Did anyone have a solution?

I received that message too.

My phone said I used 59MB over the last 30 days. I logged into the PM app to check data usage history, pulled the last 30 days just in case there was phantom data usage my phone may have missed, also eyeballed the total to about 60MB.

It would have been really strange getting the 95% warning when I don't remember getting any of the lower threshold ones, decided to sanity-check this and landed here.

Please ignore the text, it was sent in error and PM is aware of the issue.  If you want to be sure if the usage, login My Account using browser with incognito mode to check 

For the 2 bars issue, number of bars does not necessarily mean slow data or bad connection.  If you are are accessing sites and apps and downloading at reasonable speed, it is ok to leave it even it has just 1 bar

If there is a connection issue, try Reset Network Settings, or try changing network mode and test 4G/LTE only or 5G only
