Hello there,
I reported my phone stolen and suspended my service shortly before my "next payment" date. It's been a week after the date and I'm attempting to reactivate my account. I've made an payment after numerous try (submit button was disabled in web form, tried several times over *611 menu). Despite putting a balance in my account, my account is still deactivated. Could a mod take a look into this?

@X-Files FYI: SIM # and email address only needed by moderators for a failed new activation.

Since its suspended only mod member can fix it for you follow link that provided by other op and hopefully things will ger settle down by mod.
