Hello, 

My PM subscription was suspended today because a payment was due this morning but my CC expired on July. I just updated my payment information and added funds to my PM wallet. My balance is now $0.00, but I still can’t make or receive calls.

hi @Malima 

To avoid browser cache problem, please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in) and check if Payment history showed you loaded the funds and used the fund for renewal

then reboot the phone and try again

if same, ask PM support to help, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

you can try to restart service by rebooting the cell. If that fails, try a network reset.
