Reactivate my account

My account was suspended without my knowledge. I would like to reactivate my account.  I forgot my password and have tried to get it reset but  PM is not sending me the code to reactivate by my email.

Maybe check the Spam section. It might be there.

First, if you want to reactivate your plan quickly, you can try to use *611 to pay the amount due if you remember the 4 digits pin

 

Or you can go to SDM/711/Shell/London Drug to buy a voucher and load the voucher using *611 (no 4 digits pin required)

 

For login to My Account (so you can choose to pay and resume service there), since you tried the Forgot password link but didn't work, you can open ticket with PM support

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
