Reactivate my account and keeping the same number

My account was disactivated. I made the payment through credit card since December 18th 2020 and nothing is working since.

I just missed one single payment billed on November 23rd 2020 and the account was disactivated. I then paid on December 28th but I can't still have access

Deactivated is a keyword here. So is suspended.

How did you make your payment?

I don't believe that's the case here, as a closed account shouldn't be able to accept a payment.

Where and how did you make this payment? What happens when you dial 611?

Log into your account to see if your Dec 28th payment is still in Available Funds.

Is your account show as Active or something else ?

Try shutting phone off / on again.

@Therese2021 What does the status say in your self-service profile? Is it active? Try rebooting phone/using fly mode for a bit/enable and disable lost/stolen feature.

Before you made the payment on Dec 18th...when did the last plan expire ? If it's been longer than 89 days since the last plan expired without payment, then at day 90 your account will be "deactivated" for good. You would need the new sim to start a new account.

@Therese2021 , if you successfully made a payment, did the account change to active status?  If the account is active, try rebooting your phone.

Can you log into self service and see if the money is in Available Funds? Is there a reactivate button?

There was no error message when makng the payment, and it shows up on your credit card statement? I would go back into your self serve account and see if for some reason, the funds were added to your Public Mobile account but not used yet to pay for the plan. If the funds are still sitting there, try clicking on the reactivate button (if it's still shown).

If it was really "deactivated", then it's gone for good. You need a new sim to start a new account.

Do you mean SUSPENDED /  Expired ?
