My account was disactivated. I made the payment through credit card since December 18th 2020 and nothing is working since.

I just missed one single payment billed on November 23rd 2020 and the account was disactivated. I then paid on December 28th but I can't still have access

I can't access my profile since my email address is showing not available

My mistake, I made the payment on December 28th 2020 and last invoice and it was issued on November 26th 2020.
