I have to reactivate my public mobile number. I have 2 questions - Can I get my previous plan (15$/month + loyalty bonuses)? Will the number be the same? Thanks very much!

if you can log back into My Account and resume service, then Yes, you will be getting the same $15 plan

and yes if you resume service now, you will get your last month of loyalty bonus.  PM is closing the old rewards system, everyone will be migrated into the new Public Points in May.  So, you have couple days to resume service to enjoy one last month of loyalty bonus and Autopay discount.

If it's been under 89 days, then log back in and start it up again. If it's been 90 days or more, you have to start from scratch. And finally, no more loyalty bonuses. Public Mobile no longer believes in rewarding their loyal customers and will be removing loyalty bonuses sometime in May.
