Hi pleases contact me to reactivate my account and I want to update my credit card.

It all depends on how customer sorts posts so saying above/below might confuse somebody...
My sort is oldest to newest as I just love to have and read history of conversation and not only latest post.

Everyone below is correct. We are all just customers like you. Public Mobile is a self serve website. As per @hairbag1 if the account is under 89 days of inactive use, follow @Meow advice to pay with your credit card. The only part I can add here is enter everything from scratch even if it is already populated. If you have any problems and it comes up with errors, close your browser, then go to your settings and clear the history, cookies and cache. Close browser and re open it and log back in. Then follow @Meow instructions. It's super easy.

You can reactivate service by dialing 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC and make a payment with CC, debit or vouchers as long as nonpayment was less than 90 days.

If it was over 90 days…you are out of luck.

BTW, PM is an online service so no one will contact you. You have to contact a CS_Agent through private messaging if you need help.

You are talking to customers like yourself. Agents do NOT monitor nor accept requests through this forum.

NOBODY is going to contact you...

Pay the bill and account will be reactivated. Log in to your account and go to Payments, follow screens to update your CC.

how long has the account been Suspended ? If longer than 89 days, you're account is Deactivated at day 90.
