Hi, I am in need of help (from PM customer service?) to see whether if it's possible to reactivate a Public mobile account that was left inactive almost an year ago, with it's rewards and benefits. Thanks in advance,

Sorry it can’t be done. You won’t be able to login to your account, the SIM is useless and you lost your old number.
You will need a new SIM/eSIM (on compatible phones), download the PM app, activate/subscribe a plan and pick a new number.

Not possible. Once an account is suspended more than 90 days, the account is permanently closed and number lost.
You will need to activate a new account with new number.

@Ash_Ind NO Sorry if the account has been suspended more then 90 days it’s closed for good . You will need to create a new account with new email and new SIM card
