I'm trying to reach an agent, however, I can't submit a ticket or reach an agent. I'm having issues seeing how much data I've used. I'm in the states, paid for a data,talk,text plan. And I'm not able to use the data portion. I need help soon. Thanks

@toddgrovet In addition to making sure data roaming is turned on as already mentioned, make sure the phone is set to 4G/LTE and not 5G, which is reported not to work on AT&T.

Did you try looking on your PM app?
It should give you the overview of your account including usage.

BTW...make certain Roaming Data is enabled in Settings.
