Re: US roaming

Turns out, I’m in the US now and my data doesn’t work! Trying to deal with it through an agent, but it’s difficult when I only have wifi at the hotel.

These instructions are correct if you only have one SIM installed. If you have multiple SIMs go to Settings > Cellular and then select the SIM with your PM number. On this page you can find the data roaming toggle.

@Irisemily  Go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Options, then you should see the setting for data roaming.  Turn it to on.

Thanks for trying to help, but I’m going out to eat now and won’t have wifi. I’m disappointed that this isn’t working.

Don’t have mobile roaming in my settings either.

Thanks, but I have an iPhone and I searched data roaming and it’s not in my settings.

@Irisemily  Do you have data roaming turned on and connecting to AT&T or T-Mobile, and setting to 4G/LTE and not 5G since 5G can be problematic especially on AT&T?

HI @Irisemily

should be easy to connect.

first,  enable Mobile Roaming on your phone.

Then tell us if you try manually connect to T-Mobile and AT&T?  Try both
