Previously registered SIM card is now saying that my card is not registered (Sept 12, 20122)

My card was registered on 2021 08 5.  How can this be fixed?  Thank you. mielart

When remove your sim card from the SIM card slot or tray does it fit snugly? Or is it a little bit loose? If everything is clean but the SIM card does not fit snugly I can lose contact with the phone causing that message to come up. If you need a little bit of carefully placed tape or a paper shim to ensure your sim card has a snug fit. Power on your phone again and see if that message has disappeared.

If you bought the phone second hand fairly recently was it from a reputable person or dealer? Or from an add-on Craigslist, kijiji or Facebook marketplace for example? If so then you should check to ensure your device has not been blacklisted.

HI @Elliott1   try to reboot your phone first

Or reseat your sim card with a reboot

Also, try your PM sim in another phone, maybe it is just a problem with your device
