New subscriber here and I locked my eSim and need a PUK code and PIN , messaged CS whatever through Community twice, started a ticket. And still nothing. I need this rectified ASAP.

how long you waited? They usually reply within 2 to 4 hours. And you checked the Community inbox for their reply?
And if it is more than 4 hours, submit them ticket again
