I currently have a public mobile account for my daughter. I just ordered a SIM card from public mobile for my son. How do I go about getting it activated and getting him a phone number and cell plan?  Help!!

With regards to the response times from agents, you had already opened a ticket with them? Is there anything that we could help you out with here in the community forum?

The Public Mobile mobile app needs to be donwloaded and used to open a new account.  Please be aware that your son's account needs to use a different e-mail adress than your daughter's account.  Your daughther's referral code can be used to refer your son.
