I tried to get an E-Sim for my wife for their Canada-US plan, and as soon as I tried to pay for it with my credit card, we got a message saying that the postal code of the province that the card is from doesn't much the province of the plan we chose. Tried to get some answers from the community and support and it did not work. Looks like these plans are still available only in Quebec.

@jacek70 are you activating this new plan in the Public Mobile app? Ensure you are doing this first. Then, make sure your credit card billing postal code is entered correctly.

Plans are Canada-wide. Seems like you hit a bug.
I am in BC and just changed my plan to this successfully. I wasn’t trying to activate a new plan though.
