Hi
I was able to add one of 2 vouchers for my $50 monthly plan(each voucher was $25 each), but the other voucher could not be added. I tried both by dialling 611 and going online through my account but it was not successful. It as been 24 hours since I've been trying.

do you see $50 showing as Available Funds on My Account?
if you do, try to pay on both browser and PM app. If you are using browser, using browser with Incognito mode. If you are trying on PM app, fully logout PM app first, reboot phone and login again and try paying

Yes I did. its saying my balance is $50 and my plan is $45 but its not allowing me to renew my plan?

you bought both vouchers today from the same place?
you can start by asking PM support agent to confirm if the voucher is valid. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
