activated it last week -i could phone out -but did not receive any incoming calls all went to voice mail -today can't even call put

@terryjhatt , by chance did you port in a phone number into Public Mobile? Typically calls going to voicemail with the old provider is an indication of an incomplete number port. If you did attempt a number port, please check out this announcement on what to do.

Did you activate a new number? or port over from another carrier?
Which plan?
Does text incoming and outgoing work? data?
Which model phone?
A few basic troubleshooting advice:
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone
Try the PM SIM card in another phone. Helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
Toggle airplane mode on, then off
If you ported over, try your old carrier's SIM card to see whether it is working.

Log into your account to check the status. Try rebooting your phone. Also if you have another phone try swapping the sim.
