Where do you enter the promo code , I followed instructions and found nothing, offered 10 Gigs today

HI. I got the same promo code and tried to enter it in the app. It did not work ("invalid code"). I then tried the PM web page to enter the code. It accepted the code. I see that the "free" data is now active in my account. So, try validating the promo code on the web site, not the app. (When you are signed in to your account, go to "Subscriptions and Add Ons", on the right side of the page, and enter the code in the "New Promotional Code" field.) Good luck.

I sent a message yesterday to a CS Agent as my code didn't work, but haven't heard anything back yet - it was for the 10gb data.

Just login My Account, go to Subscription & add-ons page ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-plan-add-on ) and enter the code at the New Promotion Code box there
Some people reported issue adding the code. If that happens to you, please reach out to PM support agent for further assistance
