You seem like a great problem solver.
I think I have a similar problem. I was trying to activate my sim online, after the first page (where I entered the sim number and all my info including the e-mail address etc.) I was trying to select a phone number, when it got stuck, I pressed "back", but then I was unable to use the same sim number and my e-mail address is also stuck in a limbo. I can neither login with that email nor can I use it & the sim number to complete the activation.
Please help. Thanks.

@mak806 You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or, if appropriate, submitting a ticket to the moderators.

@mak806 wait 1 hour and then try again. The system puts a hold on the sim card for an hour after you try. Don't press the back button while activating. Pick a new number and then after everything works you can log in and port your old number if that's what you're doing! Don't forget a refferal code to get a 10 $ credit on your new account
