HiI had a cell under chatr but its too pricey so signed up yesterday to Public.
The guy who set it up did not mention how I pay. He charged me for another simm card for March 20th.
Also when I text my name and info does not show up. How can I fix this?
Thank you.

Here's some additional info that will help you when purchasing vouchers and enabling autopay. If you have no options for adding a card for autopay pm me I can help you out.....

@San1 :Yeah this is all pay as you go, and there no email reminder, you will get text message reminders to your Public Mobile phone number before your plan renew date.

@San1 since you already purchased a voucher, you may pay your account in your self serve account using that voucher. You can access your self serve after registration here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
On the overview page, click payment >> click One Time Payment. Upload your voucher here using the PIN # of the voucher.
You may also upload your voucher by dialling 611. You will be ask "Please enter the 12-digit pin from your voucher"... so use the PIN number.
I hope this helps

@San1 wrote:I had this setup in Rideau mall but the guy never explained anything about how I pay but I guess I bought a voucher for March 20th. I dont know how long my account is for he never said. Is it just pay as you go and I get an email reminder?
Thanks!
Hi @San1 after instore activation, when you get home, you should open a self-serve account here https://activate.publicmobile.ca/
Or go here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Your 4-digit PIN number was sent to you by text. It is just a 4-digit number, nothing else.
Please note that the email address you used during registration is going to be your username and the password is chosen by you, so keep this information in a safe place. Lots of customers forget their PIN number, username and password, so write them down.
After registration, you will received a welcome email from Public Mobile with your account details
You may register a credit card for autopay, which as already suggested above will give you $2 credit every 30-days cycle. You may also pay by voucher, as also suggested above.
Welcome to Public Mobile

@San1 FYI: Always best to begin a new thread for your own issue even if it's a duplicate. This saves confusion.

If you have a valid credit card or debit, you can add it to your account and enable Autopay.
Your PM plan account is renewable every 30 days and with autopay enabled, your renewal will occur automatically. You'll also get $2 off your plan costs (Autopay Reward) every time the plan renews...so a $15 plan costs you $13 + tax every 30 days.

Your cycle is every 30 days. Call 611 from your phone to find out due date or sign into self service for details of your account.

Most mobile shops.
London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart,
Also, through canadiancellsupplies.com (yes, website may look cagey, but it's legit)

You can pay by payment card (M/C, Visa, Visa debit) either by registering a card to your self-serve account, or by calling *611 after the card is registered.
You can also purchase payment vouchers at many retail locations which can be added both ways as well (Self-serve and *611)
