That would only work if it's the data bucket that has run out, I think in this case it's the plan that is running out and the OP won't have the renewal funds until tomorrow.

As already mentioned, this is a prepaid service, not post paid. Therefore the only suggestion I could make is to download an app like Fongo or TextNow as a back up VOIP to make and take calls from work. Just advise them you're having some payment difficulties and this is your temporary number until you're able to get it resolved.

Nobody from Public mobile (ie. employee) will respond to this request on the community forum. I have made a new post for you to gain better visibility.
Unfortunately, Public mobile is a prepaid service, so no grace period for non payment. Maybe you can ask a friend or family to help purchase a payment voucher (from a store like Shoppers, gas stations). Otherwise, your account will become inactive. You could contact customer service agent, but I doubt that they can help in this situation.
