i have received the message service is on hold , when i tried to log in to my account to update my payment information as it has to be done, it will not let me into my account . it will allow me to put in my email and password but then it takes me to an activation page like i am a new customer and ask me to finishing setting up my account. what can i do ?

the message there indicates your current email login with EverSafe is not properly linked with your PM's My Account. Easy fix for PM support but you will need to engage them by direct message here:
